I did a lot of research on tentacle animation for the movie "Aal im Schädel".
Here you can find the mel scripts I created!
creep.mel (Version 2.92)
Creates creepy tentacle animation fast and customizable.
If you have been playing around with older versions you
should definitely upgrade to 2.92, FK animation is now
supported through the new star controllers and the surface won´t flip
so easily...
Usage: Select a curve and run creep.
I created a small tutorial demonstrating the use of creep,
you can find it here!
smartTransform.mel (Version 1.0)
This script can interpolate transform values (translate/rotate/scale) along
your selection. Very handy in conjunction with creep!
